  • Overview

    We are looking for a candidate to join our small team in the East Grinstead office where we have a new position for a Contract Administrator to represent both EMEA and APAC.  Prior experience of CRM Dynamics or a similar system is essential for this role for which you will need to be diligent and well organized with excellent attention to detail skills.   Syncsort is a multinational software Company and this role will be working closely with our Contract Administration Team in the USA.


    • Review all new business contracts for accuracy. Process License Renewals, ensuring compliance with all pricing and company policies (i.e., discount types and amounts, appropriate approval levels, additional terms and conditions etc.)
    • Process all transactions in the CRM Dynamics system (renewals, new business, upgrades, P Services (attention to detail is essential as there are a wide variety of products and licensing models.)
    • Issue Permanent and Provisional License keys (renewals, transfers, migrations.)
    • Manage customer requirements for Transfers, Assignments, Novation Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, general documentation requirements in conjunction with other teams (legal, renewals, sales etc)
    • Special projects when needed and supporting other team members.


    • We are looking for a candidate with first class oral and written English language communication skills with experience of managing the booking of new orders. 
    • Proven experience to be organized and the ability to work under pressure utilizing attention to detail. 
    • Experience of Word, Excel and Outlook essential.  Numeracy and literacy skills essential. 
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment as well as the ability to interact with all levels of management
    • Language skills a benefit.  Full time position.  Office Hours 8.30 am – 5.00 p.m.
