  • Overview

    Syncsort Inc. is looking to add a Senior Manager, Inside Sales to its EMEA Sales team. Reporting to the VP of Sales, EMEA, he/she will be managing an Inside Sales Representative team and will be responsible for utilizing leadership experience and coaching skills to lead current and new Inside Sales Representatives to prospect, cultivate, and ultimately help close business.

    Responsibilities

    • Coach and guide ISRs to drive well qualified leads by effectively targeting and contacting end-user prospects in order to initiate the sales process.
    • Work closely with the 3 Regional Sales Directors in EMEA to prioritize territories, solutions, customer and partner accounts.
    • Work closely with Territory Marketing counterparts on optimal messaging, campaign execution, lead scoring, and lead follow up.
    • Manage a productive alignment with the US based Inside Sales team leader, for sharing and optimization of processes, metrics, and knowledge sharing.
    • Monitor, manage and recommend process and systems changes to drive effective high-quality data as well as more efficient execution of the Inside Sales staff members.
    • Manage, monitor, and enforce use of Syncsort’s CRM system for all lead, contact, and appointment tracking.
    • Foster a team-based approach to sharing and learning from best practices, daily wins, and areas for improvement.
    • Participate in regular meetings between ISRs and individual Account Executives to develop sales plans in order to maximize revenues.
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly quota objectives.
    • Support Human Resource functions including: Interviewing, hiring, development recommendations.
    • Establish and maintain department procedures; provide feedback, make suggestions to management.
    • Act as first line of contact for management involvement on high-profile issues.
    • Maintain effective communication across key departments and senior leadership team.
    • Responsible for managing team’s KPI metrics.

    Qualifications

    • Must have at least 3+ years of experience managing an Inside Sales team.
    • Experience managing quota-bearing full-cycle sales reps would also be a plus.
    • Must have at least 5 years of full cycle software sales experience with a proven track record of success.
    • Experience in international sales is desired.
    • Experience in working with partners is desired.
    • A degree is desired
    • Microsoft Dynamics Experience or other similar CRM experience such as SF.com
